Supporter Services Coordinator

Plan International Hong Kong is looking for a motivated and energetic candidate who has a passion in serving the underprivileged children to join our team as a Supporter Services Coordinator.

This position in the Supporter Services Department play a crucial role in delivering quality supporter / donor services through daily communications and supporter activities.

Reporting to the Donor Engagement Manager, the Supporter Services Coordinator works to deliver the developing Supporter Services strategy. It includes offering excellent supporter care through the incoming and outbound call and email handling. Supporter Services Coordinator will handle telemarketing activities, and hotline / email communication with donors, maintain quality donor information. This role also provides support for a program of inspiring supporter events serving the aim at developing a closer relationship between Plan International Hong Kong and its supporters.

Responsibilities:

• Perform receptionist duties
• Perform data entry job and follow up with donors via phone or email if necessary
• Support daily hotline and email communication with donors as well as follow up work if necessary
• Support donor activities and organisation events
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• F. 5 or above; Fluent in English and Cantonese; Fair in Putonghua
• 3 years’ of related work experience
• Able to read and write both Chinese and English
• Accurate typing skills in Chinese and English is a must
• Good telephone manner and detail minds
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Agree with Plan International’s mission and vision and observe strictly to data privacy and policies of safeguarding children and young people
